30-day returns on sealed product

If you're not happy with your order, you may return unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

Email us at support@simplifiedtcg.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll send return instructions.

Damaged or lost in transit

Every order is tracked. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund.

Please note

• Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned, as condition and authenticity can no longer be guaranteed.
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
